or does it seem wrong when you go to your internet provider to pay your internet bill and they are unable to accept your payment because their internet is down?!?
My service provider will remain anonymous assuming that I can make my payment on my next visit, otherwise I will have to name then which will make it difficult for them to break into the lucrative Lubbock market.
