My apartment complex and the associated mall is owned by Amcorp. The "am" in Amcorp stands for "Arab-Malaysian". Not surprisingly, spending on Christmas decorations does not appear to be one of their highest priorities.
Although the Mall's decorations are not the best in the world, a lot of the individual shops have some pretty interesting decorations.
